Nearly the perfect grilled cheese IMO.
I also really like our quartzite counters.

Plot twist. I used Olive Oil Mayo on both sides of the bun instead of butter. I did use turkey, ham, A merican cheese, and S wiss on it.

Hmm, I was going to say that my perfect grilled cheese would be a bit more buttery (on the outside, I don’t put butter, and certainly not mayo on the inside).

I didn’t put a lot because i actually don’t like mayo, but I spread it very thinly for an added layer of moisture. Mayo has the same effect as butter.

But without quite as much butteriness! In any event, you are certainly free to enjoy your sandwich in the manner in which you prefer it.

I was too lazy to add butter this time lol. I’m experimenting still. Like I said it’s “nearly” the perfect grilled cheese. I’m going to try it with an iron skillet next time and butter.

Restarting a Reddit meltdown, a g rilled cheese contains no meat, a grilled cheese with meat is a melt.
